Great Many is a non-surgical hair restoration clinic based in New York City, now with locations in Atlanta and Washington DC. 

They offer PRP and FDA-cleared laser treatments for men and women dealing with hair loss — no surgery, no downtime, results  starting in as little as 3 months.

With over 5,000 treatments performed and a 4.9 Google rating, They've built a strong reputation across all three cities. Their  brand is clean, their patient experience is intentional, and demand for their services has been growing steadily since they first opened in NYC.

The Challenges

Low conversion rate because...

Great Many were running paid ads and pulling in consistent traffic. But visitors weren't converting. The booking flow was confusing — patients couldn't figure out how to take the next step. There was no clear picture of what the treatment process actually looked like, or what results to expect.

The conversion rate sat at 0.2%. For a clinic spending real money on ads, that's a quiet but costly leak. People were interested enough to click — but the website gave them no reason to commit. They'd leave before ever booking.

The approach

Making every visit count

We started by mapping the full patient journey — from the first ad click to the booking confirmation. The goal was to understand exactly where people were dropping off and why. We dug into the data, tracked user behavior across the site, and identified the bottlenecks before touching a single design element.

From there, we rebuilt the site around a modular, component-based design system. Every section was crafted to do a specific job — build trust, explain the treatment process, show real results, and make booking feel simple and obvious. The structure also made it easy to A/B test and optimize over time.
