Medoron is a UK-based health-technology company developing the Atlas Probe — a connected, self-use device for prostate wellness and pelvic health.

Medoron was built by a team of urologists, engineers, and health-technology specialists united by a single goal: make prostate self-care accessible, discreet, and practical. Designed specifically for men who struggle to access specialised clinical treatment — whether due to geography, stigma, or simply a lack of available care.
Their Atlas Probe is a non-surgical wellness device designed for home use — combining mechanical stimulation with guided protocols. But hardware alone wasn't enough. To deliver real outcomes, the device needed a companion app that could guide patients through treatment, track their progress, and make a clinical experience feel approachable from a bathroom cabinet.
That's where we came in.

The Atlas Probe was a genuinely innovative device. But Medoron knew that handing someone a medical-grade tool without support wasn't enough. Patients needed to know what to do. They needed to feel confident doing it alone. And they needed a way to track whether it was actually working.
Without an app, the device had no voice. No structure. No way to turn a clinical protocol into something a person could follow from their own home. Patients had questions. They had doubts. They needed reassurance at every step. The hardware was ready. The experience around it wasn't.

We started by mapping the full patient journey from unboxing to completing a therapy session. The goal was to understand exactly where confusion would set in and why. We studied how patients interact with medical devices at home. We identified the moments where doubt kills follow-through.
From there, we designed an app built entirely around guidance and confidence. Every screen had one job. Walk the patient forward. Each therapy session was broken into clear, manageable steps. Progress tracking made results visible over time. And the interface was calm and clinical without feeling cold or intimidating.
Grab some popcorn—these transformation stories are better than your favorite Netflix series, minus the dramatic cliffhangers.

After launch, patients weren't just downloading the app. They were using it. Completing sessions. Coming back. Engagement climbed 49%. Over 70,000 therapy sessions were guided through the app. Patients rated it 4.8 on the App Store. The numbers confirmed what the design was built to do from day one.
The guidance-first approach turned a complex clinical protocol into something people could actually follow at home. For Medoron, that meant the Atlas Probe could finally deliver on its promise. The device had always been innovative. Now the experience matched it. Engagement was up. Drop-off was down. Progress was visible.
Aram and his team nailed it! The Medoron app’s design is smooth, sleek, and universally praised. They delivered exactly what we envisioned—on schedule—and I’m excited to keep collaborating as we roll out new features.

It was very interesting to hear their ideas. Very smart guys and easy to work with. They brought fresh perspectives to our data science LMS that we hadn't considered.
Their development balanced innovation with educational needs perfectly, and they were remarkably responsive throughout the project.
